Series Sterile Conditioners ACP-48 are designed for large commercial / industrial applications and duct widths of 48" and more. These units feature High Output slim-line germicidal lamps 2 to 6 times more powerful than the regular UV lamps. ACP-48 Series are available in 1, 2, 3 or 4 lamp configurations depending upon dosage requirements. Tested and proven performers, ACP-48 Sterile Conditioners consist of High Output UVC lamp(s), transformer and mounting enclosure - a complete system designed to meet all requirements. The units can be installed in new or existing HVAC ducts. The transformer enclosure is mounted to the exterior side of the duct and the lamps are inserted into the duct, perpendicular to the airflow. Simple formulas are provided for calculating the number of lamps required depending upon duct size, airflow (cfm) and temperature. Insertion depth is 48". |

Mount Series The Rack Mount - RM Series are well suited for mounting singularly or in grid patterns perpendicular to the airflow along the length of supply or return ducts or plenums to introduce UVC to the air-stream in adequate dosages. They are an ideal choice for mounting close to the coil and drain pan areas to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew in these areas. They are available in a variety of sizes and lamp types and quantities, designed specifically to fit your requirements. Depending upon total lamp quantity required, the lamp ballasts can be mounted directly into the fixture frame or into a remotely mounted enclosure. |

Output Utility Fixtures
- UFHO
Series The UFHO series are well suited for mounting singularly or in grid patterns along the interior walls of supply ducts or plenums to introduce UVC to the air-stream in adequate dosages. They are an ideal choice for mounting close to the coil and drain pan areas to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew in these areas. They are available in a variety of sizes (12" to 64") and High Output lamp types, both single and double lamp assemblies. Optional reflector styles can aid in directing UVC at specific areas of the coil and drain pan. Typical installations would have these units mounted on support channels, in grid patterns, spanning the face of the cooling coil and drain pan. |
