High Output UV Lamp / Bulb
The high output germicidal UV lamp / bulb is similar
in design to a normal fluorescent lamp / bulb. It is a 4-pin ceramic base lamp /
bulb with Teflon wiring. The UV lamps are constructed of type “L”, hard glass
quartz which eliminates ozone production. Heat output is low, allowing the UV
lamp to be installed safely in several different locations within the HVAC
system. UV Lamp / bulb life is one year. To maintain top performance, all
UV lamps / bulbs should be replaced yearly.
